The Washington Theological Union is a Roman Catholic graduate school of theology and ministry. The Union participates in the mission of the Church in its pursuit of truth and integration of knowledge for the common good. Sponsored by the religious communities and informed by their charisms, the Union educates for ordination, lay ministry and leadership in the Church and world. The school will be concluding its 45 years of service in 2013.
