Tuition and Bill Payments

  • Tuition/other first appear in the August, January or June monthly statements.
  • Monthly account statements are normally sent out by email; secondarily by postal mail.
  • Make full payment immediately upon receipt of statement, no advance payment is needed. Pay by: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) using on-line method or phone (202.541.5237); check or money order by mail; credit card, check, money order or cash in person; include statement with mail or in-person payments.
  • Late payment penalty imposed monthly (1-1/2% of outstanding balance).

Library

  • As an online student, you may access the library’s online resources and library catalog.
  • Key library services/facts: contains over 130,000 volumes, periodicals, and several online resources (including ATLA / ATLAS Religion Database, Catholic Periodical and Literature Index, Proquest); additional services include an extensive collection of theological reference sources in the Chris and Dolores Degheri Reading Room, computers and printers, and Wi-Fi access; access to Carmelite materials is available at nearby Whitefriars Hall and access to over 1 million volumes of theological sources is available through the Washington Theological Consortium (WTC).
