Academic Advising

Students enrolled in a degree or certificate program are reminded to obtain their academic advisors signature approval in submitting registration for distance learning courses.

Class Schedule and Registration

Course Enrollment

Distance learning courses are offered based upon registration of at least five (5) students and may be limited to twelve (12) students. Courses must taken for credit.

Course Changes

Adding or dropping a course or changing the course type follow the regular academic policies.

Grades

Assignment of grades following existing academic policies. Grades are released according to the dates listed in the official Academic Calendar

Evaluations

Students are required to evaluate the course.

Charges/Payments/Refunds

Chargest are made according to the information contained on our Education Costs section of the website. Account statements are mailed monthly to students and include information on payment menthods (mail/phone/website). Refunds are made according to existing policy and procedures on refunds.
